Do I have to pay anything?

No, never. Ranky is completely free for customers. We're funded through commissions from providers, not from the people we interview.

Is my review public?

Your feedback contributes to the pro's quality score, which is public. Whether your name appears alongside a written review is entirely your choice. You can be attributed by first name and city (e.g., "Maria, Denver"), or remain fully anonymous. Either way, your feedback counts equally toward the score.

Can I remain anonymous?

Absolutely. Just let us know during the call. Your review still contributes to the pro's score. It's simply listed as "Verified Customer" instead of your name.

What if I change my mind about my review?

We may follow up with you a few weeks after your initial review to see if your experience has held up. If your opinion has changed (in either direction), your updated feedback will be reflected in the pro's score. You can also contact us directly at any time to update your review.

On Yelp and Google, anyone can post a review, including people who never used the service, competitors, or paid reviewers. Ranky collects every review itself by contacting verified customers directly. No one can self-submit a review, which means no fake ratings, no review bombing, and no selection bias.
