How Ranky Works — For Providers
Earn your ranking through verified customer feedback, get real customers who trust the platform, and only pay when you get paid.
If you do great work, you should be easy to find. That’s the simple idea behind Ranky. We rank service providers based on one thing: what their actual customers say — verified by us, not gamed by anyone.
Here’s how the process works, start to finish.
Your Journey on Ranky
Application
You submit your business details and share records of your recent jobs — invoices, booking confirmations, or similar documentation. We ask for sequential records, not hand-picked favorites, so we get a true picture of your work.
Vetting
We independently contact customers from those records and collect structured feedback on quality, professionalism, timeliness, and pricing. This is where your initial quality score is built. You don't get to choose who we call.
Listing
Providers who meet our quality threshold get listed and start receiving customer leads. Your position in the rankings is determined entirely by your verified score — not by how much you pay us.
Ongoing Quality Control
Every job that comes through Ranky is followed up with a customer review. Your score is a living number — updated continuously based on real feedback from every customer interaction.
Accountability
If your score drops below the minimum threshold, you're removed from the platform. It doesn't matter how much revenue you generate for us. Quality is the only thing that keeps you listed.
The rules that keep Ranky fair
We’re upfront about the things you cannot do on Ranky:
You can’t buy a better ranking. Rankings are based on verified customer scores. There’s no premium tier, no “featured listing,” no way to pay for visibility.
You can’t suppress a bad review. Every review collected through our process counts. If a customer had a bad experience, that’s reflected in your score.
You can’t pick which customers we talk to. We use your sequential job records to select a representative sample. Cherry-picking isn’t possible by design.
These rules exist to protect you as much as your customers. They’re what makes a high ranking on Ranky actually mean something.
What it costs
Ranky’s pricing is designed to be zero-risk for providers:
Pay-per-closed-deal — You pay a commission only on jobs you actually close through our platform. If you don’t close the deal, you don’t pay anything.
Uniform commission rate — Every provider in your service category pays the same rate. Nobody gets a discount for paying more.
No monthly fees — No subscriptions, no platform fees, no per-lead charges.
One-time vetting fee — A small fee covers the cost of contacting your references and building your initial score. If you don’t pass vetting, you’re not charged.
