Share your recent job records. We’ll need sequential documentation — invoices, booking records, receipts — of your recent work. Not your five best jobs. A representative sample. This is how we ensure the vetting is honest.

Maintain your quality standards. Your score is continuously updated. Strong, consistent work keeps you ranked. If quality slips, your listing is at risk — that’s the accountability that makes the platform trustworthy for everyone.

Support the review process. When we follow up with your customers, we need accurate contact information. We also ask that you don’t coach or pressure customers before our call — that would undermine the very system that protects your reputation.

What it costs

One-time vetting fee — Covers the cost of contacting your references, conducting interviews, and calculating your initial score. This is a small, one-time investment — not a recurring charge. If you don’t pass vetting, you’re not charged.

Per-deal commission — A percentage of each deal you close through Ranky. The rate is the same for every provider in your category. Didn’t close? You don’t pay.
